These Terms form the entire agreement between you and SK333 with respect to your use of the Platform. They supersede all prior representations, understandings or agreements, whether oral or written, relating to the same subject matter. No variation to these Terms shall be effective unless made in accordance with Section 13 (Amendments).
SK333 reserves the right to require you to re-confirm your acceptance of these Terms following a material amendment. Continued use of the Platform after an amendment becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
To be eligible to open and maintain an Account on SK333, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:
You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator or applicable license jurisdiction. Registration or use of the Platform by persons below the applicable minimum age is strictly prohibited. SK333 reserves the right to request age verification documentation at any time and to suspend or close any Account where age verification cannot be satisfactorily completed.
You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction of residence. Persons who are legally restricted from entering gambling contracts are not eligible to use the Platform.
Each individual may hold only one registered Account on SK333. Duplicate accounts will be subject to closure and any balances held in duplicate accounts may be forfeited at the operator's discretion. You must not be subject to any restriction, sanction, self-exclusion order or other legal prohibition that would prevent you from lawfully using gambling services. Employees, directors, contractors and immediate family members of SK333 and its affiliated operators may be restricted from participating in certain promotions or from holding Accounts, as determined by the operator.
Underage gambling is illegal and harmful. SK333 employs age-verification procedures and will immediately suspend any Account where underage use is suspected, pending investigation.
When completing registration on SK333, you agree to provide accurate, current and complete information as requested, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address and any other information required for identity verification or regulatory compliance.
You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of all information held on your Account. Any changes to your personal details must be updated promptly. SK333 shall not be liable for any loss arising from your failure to keep Account information current and accurate.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. SK333 will never request your password via any communication channel. Any activity conducted via your Account, whether authorised by you or not, is your responsibility. Notify SK333 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.
SK333 may at any time require you to complete identity verification ("Know Your Customer" or KYC) procedures. This may include submission of a government-issued photo ID, proof of residential address and, where applicable, proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC checks within a reasonable period may result in account suspension or closure and the withholding of pending withdrawals pending satisfactory verification.
You may close your Account at any time by contacting SK333 support at [email protected]. Upon closure, any real-money balance remaining in your Account (after satisfaction of any applicable bonus conditions) will be returned to you through available withdrawal methods, subject to completion of any pending KYC requirements.
All financial transactions on SK333 are subject to the operator's payment terms, applicable minimum and maximum thresholds, and any regulatory requirements in force at the time of the transaction.
Deposit methods are made available by the operator and may change from time to time without prior notice. Minimum deposit amounts are set by the operator and displayed within the cashier section of your Account. SK333 reserves the right to amend minimum deposit thresholds with reasonable notice. Typical minimum deposits are denominated in PKR (Pakistani Rupees) or the currency supported by the operator for your region.
Withdrawal requests are subject to: (a) completion of KYC verification to the operator's satisfaction; (b) satisfaction of any applicable bonus wagering requirements; (c) the minimum withdrawal threshold applicable to the selected withdrawal method; and (d) any processing times imposed by the payment provider. SK333 targets processing of approved withdrawal requests within the timeframes stated in the cashier section but does not guarantee specific turnaround times.
Where your Account is denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR), all deposits, wagers, winnings and withdrawal amounts will be displayed in PKR. Where currency conversion is required due to the underlying game or market being priced in a different currency, conversion will be applied at the rate determined by the operator at the time of the transaction.
Deposits must be made from a payment method that you own and are authorised to use. SK333 does not accept deposits from third parties. Any funds received from a payment method not registered to the Account holder may be returned and the Account suspended pending investigation.
The following general rules apply to all sports betting and casino gaming activity on SK333. Specific product rules — including sportsbook rules, game rules and live casino procedures — are published separately within the relevant section of the Platform and are incorporated into these Terms by reference.
All bets are subject to acceptance by SK333. A bet is confirmed only when the Platform issues a confirmed bet reference. SK333 reserves the right to decline, limit or void bets at its discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, system error, obvious pricing errors or regulatory requirement.
In the event of a manifest error — including but not limited to incorrect odds, incorrect game parameters or technical malfunction — SK333 reserves the right to declare bets void and return stakes. Where a manifest error has resulted in erroneous payouts, SK333 reserves the right to recover those funds from the User's Account balance. Users who knowingly exploit manifest errors may have their Accounts suspended.
SK333 may impose stake limits, win limits or product access restrictions on any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, for risk-management, responsible gambling or regulatory compliance reasons. Individual maximum stake and maximum winnings per event are displayed within the relevant betting interface.
SK333 provides betting markets on international cricket including Pakistan national fixtures, the Pakistan Super League (PSL), ICC T20 and ODI tournaments, and other domestic and international leagues. Specific settlement rules for each market type — including rules on abandoned matches, reduced-over games and official results — are published within the sportsbook rules section. PSL and ICC are independent organisations; their names are referenced as familiar sports context only and do not imply affiliation or endorsement.
SK333 may from time to time offer promotional bonuses, free bets, free spins or other incentives to new and existing Users. All promotional offers are subject to specific terms that are published alongside each promotion. The following general bonus conditions apply unless the promotion-specific terms state otherwise.
Bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (the "Wagering Requirement") before they or any associated winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are stated in full in the promotion-specific terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the stated validity period will result in the bonus funds and associated winnings being forfeited.
Not all games contribute equally towards the satisfaction of a Wagering Requirement. Typical contribution rates are: slots — 100%; live casino games — a reduced percentage as stated per promotion; table games — a reduced percentage or zero contribution. The applicable contribution table is published with each promotion.
While a Wagering Requirement is outstanding, a maximum bet limit applies to all real-money and bonus-funded wagers. This limit is specified in promotion-specific terms. Bets placed in excess of the maximum bet limit while a wagering requirement is active may be voided and associated winnings forfeited.
SK333 reserves the right to withhold, cancel or reclaim any bonus and associated winnings where there is reasonable evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: use of multiple Accounts to claim the same offer; collusion; use of betting strategies designed to exploit bonus conditions; or any other conduct determined by the operator to constitute abuse of the promotion system.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the SK333 Platform. Engaging in prohibited conduct may result in Account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of any Account balance, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable.
All content on the SK333 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations and software — is the property of SK333 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to: reproduce, duplicate, copy or sell any part of the Platform; access the Platform for commercial purposes; or use any data mining, scraping or similar data-gathering tools in connection with the Platform.
Any unauthorised use of Platform content terminates the licence granted above and may constitute a violation of applicable intellectual property laws.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SK333 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:
SK333's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim arising from or related to your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account in the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits SK333's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.
SK333 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where an amendment is material, SK333 will provide reasonable notice by posting the updated Terms on the Platform and, where practicable, by notifying registered Users via email or in-platform notification.
The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document indicates when these Terms were most recently revised. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept a material amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may close your Account in accordance with Section 5.4.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator holds its gaming licence. Nothing in this clause limits any statutory rights you may have under the consumer protection or gambling laws applicable in your country of residence.
